Detroit Watch Company Warranty & Return Policy

Your Detroit Watch Company Timepiece is covered for a full 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The warranty covers material or workmanship under normal use, defects existing at the time of delivery. This warranty is void if damage has been caused by opening the case or repairs performed by unauthorized repair facilities. The warranty is not transferable.

Our warranty does not cover the following:
Normal wear and tear and aging.
Scratched Sapphire crystal.
Damage to any part of the watch resulting from
abuse, lack of care, and general negligence.
Incorrect use of the watch.
Damage resulting from non-authorized persons,
services or repairs or alterations beyond
Detroit Watch Company, LLC's control.


Watches may be returned within *15 days of purchase with proof of purchase, for a full refund minus shipping charges as long the watch has not been worn and is in the same new condition as sent from Detroit Watch Company. Worn and slightly used watches cannot be returned.

*Ordered during the month of December, we extend our return policy to 15 days from December 25th to facilitate schedules. We do take holiday and delayed shipping into consideration.

Return shipments:

Contact us first for the return address. Please do not send to our P.O. Box address. Insuring your parcel and adequately protecting it during shipment is highly recommended. Detroit Watch Company is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment. Do not include the original watch box when returning your timepiece for warranty repairs.

Once the item has reached Detroit Watch Company, please allow for a minimum 7-10 business days for the funds to be credited to your account. Shipping costs are non refundable.

If you are unable to comply fully with the warranty and return policy, you may not be entitled to a full refund or any refund.


  • We use USPS and UPS for shipping to U.S. territories.
  • For all international shipments, we ship ex-works. Customer is responsible for all tariffs and duties and VAT at delivery. DHL recommended. We cannot accept international returns.
  • Shipping is available only for physical addresses only—we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Please note that all watch shipments require a signature upon delivery.

You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site, or any related software.  We may modify and or change, move or delete portions of, or may add to our Site or its Contents from time to time, and these terms cover any subsequent changes or modifications to our Site and/or its Contents.

The Site and its Contents are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress and other laws Detroit Watch Company owns and/or uses with permission all worldwide right, title and interest in and to the Site and its Contents.  Detroit Watch Company, Detroit Watch Co and all other trademarks appearing on the Site are trademarks of Detroit Watch Company, LLC. You agree not to display or use such trademarks without Detroit Watch Company’s expressed permission.

Site Transactions

We reserve the right to request further identification for credit card processing on any order you place with us.  We reserve the right to change and/or refuse any order entered on the Site. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order; including multiple orders entered by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. In the event an order is changed or canceled, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the applicable contact information provided when order was submitted on the Site.
