I had damaged my watch reached out. They told me to send it in. They also gave me a time frame for when it would be fixed and it was fixed and sent back to me before the allotted time frame. Really appreciate that And as a lifelong detroiter I love the watches

I had dropped my LeMans watch on hard stone tile floor and suffered damage. I sent the watch in for repairs. It was received on a Thursday, then repaired and shipped on the following Monday. Outstanding service.
