From a minor service to a more extensive repair and restoration, we service all of our timepieces. All service and repairs are done in-house.
Contact us via email at dwc@detroitwatchco.com prior to sending your timepiece. Once we receive your timepiece, we will follow up with a repair quote based on the needed repairs and parts. Services start at $80 for minor adjustments to $650.00 + in our drop down menu. Custom repairs are available and are individually quoted.
For service and repairs, send the timepiece properly protected in bubble wrap and safely boxed (Do not include original boxes/pouches) to our shipping/receiving address.

Patrick takes care of my watch that "leads a tough life" with great care and ability. He is an excellent watchmaker and has repaired all the misfortunes that my watch has incurred. Each time I get it back, it is as good as new.
