From a minor service to a more extensive repair and restoration, we service all of our timepieces. All service and repairs are done in-house.
Contact us via email at dwc@detroitwatchco.com prior to sending your timepiece. Once we receive your timepiece, we will follow up with a repair quote based on the needed repairs and parts. Services start at $80 for minor adjustments to $650.00 + in our drop down menu. Custom repairs are available and are individually quoted.
For service and repairs, send the timepiece properly protected in bubble wrap and safely boxed (Do not include original boxes/pouches) to our address.
